Forecasting and Planning
The process begins with demand planning. Customers share forecasts and material requirements in their respective formats, allowing Valuetree to plan sourcing with the help of planning tools developed inhouse (PlanIQ)
This forward planning helps reduce uncertainty and supports reliable supply at desired service levels, while at the same time optimising inventory across the value chain.
Procurement
Valuetree coordinates procurement from approved suppliers based on forecast requirements and inventory levels. Supplier relationships are managed to ensure consistent quality and performance.
This approach allows customers to maintain their preferred supplier networks while reducing operational workload.
Order Monitoring
Orders are placed and monitored through structured workflows that ensure accurate and timely execution. Each order is tracked throughout the sourcing and logistics process with the help of a Proprietary platform, developed inhouse (TrakIQ)
This coordinated approach improves predictability and service performance in the order to delivery cycle.
Inbound Transportation Management
Valuetree has strategic relationships with key freight forwarders across geographies enabling us to efficiently and reliably transport materials from more than 35 countries. Periodic performance management with the freight forwarders ensures assured stock availability in the long term, be it sea freight or air freight, full container load (FCL) or less than container load (LCL)
Customs Clearance
Through partnerships with authorised Customs House Agents (CHA), we are able to efficiently clear all import shipments while ensuring 100% compliance with local requirements. Our team is experienced in reliable clearing of Hazardous products, dual-use products and shipments requiring certificates, NOCs and FSSAI requirements. The same capability exists for exporting goods out of India as well.
Warehousing and Inventory Management
Valuetree manages inventory through modern warehousing practices and structured quality procedures. Materials are stored and handled according to defined standards to ensure product integrity. Inventory management helps reduce stockholding requirements at customer sites.
Valuetree supports customer operations through a well-established logistics infrastructure, including over 60,000 square feet of warehouse capacity, enabling secure storage and reliable material availability.
Customer Order Fulfilment
The final stage involves coordinated deliveries to customer locations. Deliveries are planned to support just-in-time operations and minimise inventory requirements.
Consistent service performance ensures dependable supply across locations at an On Time In Full (OTIF) rate of more than 96%.
Outbound Transportation Management
Valuetree has strategic tie-ups with reliable transport service providers enabling us to efficiently and reliably transport materials to all PIN codes within India. Additionally, we can make arrangements to export goods to any other country. Periodic performance management with the transporters ensures right service levels and OTIF to our customers, be it full container load (FCL), less than container load (LCL) or express surface /air couriers.
